About · Worthing web design studio

A small Worthing studio with twelve years on the clock.

We've spent more than a decade getting Worthing businesses online, dragging old sites into shape and keeping the hosting boring in the best way. Based in town, focused on the coast, and built for the kind of businesses that keep the place ticking.

How we got here

Built around real local businesses, not agency decks.

It started with one idea: local businesses deserve websites that are clear, affordable and easy to live with. Not a hundred-slide pitch. Not a template with the logo swapped. Just a site that makes you look like you know what you're doing and makes it simple for a customer to take the next step.

Over the years that's meant a Worthing gin label, an Oktoberfest weekend, a taxi firm, pier businesses, kitchen companies, printers, restaurants, trades and a good few independent shops. Wildly different briefs. The same root problem each time: get found, look the part, make the enquiry easy.

Who we work with

From gin labels to grouting, we've seen most of it.

More than a hundred local businesses have trusted us with a site, a redesign, hosting or a quick fix. That mix is the useful part: a restaurant site and a trades site have almost nothing in common, and we know where the difference matters.

Drinks & gin brands

Story, stockists and events kept polished without turning into a sprawling shop.

Events & Oktoberfest

Dates, tickets and directions that hold up when a few thousand people hit the page at once.

Taxi firms

Fast pages with the number front and centre and coverage anyone can scan in a second.

Pier & visitor spots

Sites that work for locals and for someone planning a day out from out of town.

Kitchen companies

Galleries, trust signals and a clear quote path for homeowners weighing up a big spend.

Printers & suppliers

Services, turnaround times and quote requests, tidy enough for trade and walk-in alike.

Restaurants

Menus, bookings and opening hours, quick to load and quicker to find.

Trades & teams

Local pages that explain the job, the area and why someone should trust you with it.

Affordable, not throwaway

Happy to say "cheap". Not happy to do careless.

Plenty of small businesses need a sensible starting price, and there's nothing wrong with that. Cheap should mean lean: the right pages, the right words, the right hosting, and none of the padding that bloats an invoice.

For local search that means headings that make sense, pages built around what people actually type, copy worth reading, real FAQs, and a site that loads cleanly on a phone halfway down the high street.

why people stick around

What you actually get from us.

A real person who knows local business, not a ticket queue or an anonymous platform.

A site planned around local search and the questions your customers genuinely ask.

Design, hosting, SSL, backups and the small jobs, all under one roof.

A finished site that's easy to add to as the business grows, without a rebuild.

Local SEO

Content that reads naturally and still ranks.

Search matters, but people come first. The best local pages explain your service like a human would, while giving Google clear signals about what you do, where you do it, and who you do it for.

Location signals

Worthing, Goring, Broadwater, Tarring, Lancing and Shoreham worked into the copy where they genuinely help a reader, not crowbarred into every line.

Pages with substance

Service detail, FAQs, process and trust points give a page real depth, the kind Google rewards and visitors actually read.

Kept current

As the business changes, new pages and updates go on cleanly, so the site keeps pulling its weight in local search.

Email hello@webdesignworthing.uk with a couple of lines about your business, your current site if you've got one, and what you'd like the new one to do.

New build, redesign, or just hosting for something you already run, all fine. We'll point you the right way either way.
